14:00 – 15:30 Mindfulness: Reset

Let's slowly let go of the speed of the city and return to the "here and now". Mindfulness is easy to understand even for beginners, and it's a time to prepare to listen to the voice of your mind and body while learning the basics.

18:45 – 19:00 Sunset Meditation

Pick tomatoes, walk barefoot along the beach, and simply watch the sun set.
As you come into contact with the sea, the breeze, and the light, your senses will naturally open up. Something that was left behind in the city flows quietly there.

Hot water, fragrance, light, and stars.

A night in silence, where you can gently face yourself.
Bathing and aroma meditation is a ritual that conveys gratitude to one's body. When you gather around a candle on a dark night and share thoughts that cannot be put into words, you will notice a starry sky spreading before you. Your mind will become deeply calm.

Section 4 | Temple service, purification, and prayer

⚫︎

⚫︎

⚫︎

⚫︎

⚫︎

05:30 – 06:00 Wake up & get ready

06:00 – 06:30 Morning service (Goma ritual planned)

06:30 – 07:00 Breakfast

07:00 – 08:30 Zen meditation

08:30 09:00 Walking

Time spent in prayer and work opens the door to inner serenity

The solemn and mystical goma ritual and samdo Zen (cleaning the temple, etc.) are a time to simultaneously tidy up your mind and your space.
When you do this in silence and with a clear mind, you can better understand the movements of your mind. It is an experience that places you in that "space."

Section 5 | Time to connect awareness to the future

⚫︎

⚫︎

⚫︎

09:00 – 11:00 Mindfulness Connect

11:00 – 11:30 Review

11:30 – 12:00 Closing

The integration phase of the retreat connects awareness to everyday life. It is time to quietly ask yourself questions while tuning into your breathing and senses.

Through these two days of experience, participants will put into words what they have naturally come to understand, what they want to value, and what they want to try in the future. While the afterglow of these realizations is still fresh in their minds, they will quietly build a bridge to the future.

The feelings you develop here will surely continue to support you even after you return to your daily life.
