Mindfulness is a meditation method from Buddha that was developed into a program at an American medical school, and by removing any religious overtones, it has been designed to be accessible to anyone.
Through various meditation practices, you will become aware of the sensations of your body and mind, listen to your true self, and practice accepting yourself as you are by becoming aware of the stories you unconsciously tell yourself and the automatic thought patterns you have.
As a result, your mind will become calm and you will begin to feel a sense of peace and warmth towards yourself.

At the Takao-san Yakuo-in Temple Vegetarian Cuisine Lunch Session, you can enjoy vegetarian cuisine that is imbued with the wisdom of mountain monks and the blessings of nature while meditating on the food. Making use of the natural flavors of the ingredients, we will serve a dish that has undergone countless activities, with respect and gratitude for life, and with the spirit of "Itadakimasu," we will deliver a blissful time that will harmonize your mind and body.
