What is Mindfulness?

It's a mental training that focuses your attention on the present moment.

By letting go of regrets about the past and worries about the future, realizing who you are in the here and now, and accepting yourself as you are, you will feel lighter in your heart and be able to live each day more happily and energetically.

By practicing mindfulness, you can improve your concentration and motivation! Not only can you get rid of troublesome things with ease, but you can also improve your relationships with others. Why not try to achieve this every day?

Mindfulness for Beginners

This is an introductory class that is safe for complete beginners.

The course is structured so that you can learn the basics of mindfulness in a thorough and easy-to-understand manner in four sessions. You can deepen your learning by taking the course repeatedly, or you can move on to a regular mindfulness class.

Mindfulness Self-Compassion

Self-compassion means being kind to yourself, just as you would be kind to a friend.

By doing so, you will be able to reduce negative thoughts such as self-criticism and acquire the habit of supporting yourself. You will naturally be full of motivation, start to like yourself, and improve your relationships with others. This course is for people who have taken the first Mindfulness course.

Deepen your practice

This class will deepen the main practical methods learned in the Mindfulness and Self-Compassion classes. This class focuses on practical application with less classroom instruction. The exercises to be done will be announced on the website or official LINE account.
