MONTHLY MEMBER CLASS (マンスリーメンバークラス)
継続して通う瞑想クラスです。スタジオからもオンラインからも参加可能です。初回無料で体験できます。まずは体験してみませんか?

ONLINE COURSE (オンラインコース)

マインドフルネスを基礎から学ぶ2ヶ月間の集中プログラムです。前期・後期の2ステップで、思考の癖を根本からリセットし、レジリエンスを高めます。定期的に説明会も開催しています。お気軽にご参加ください。

02 EXPERIENCE

体験を通じて、自分を知る

ワークショップは、心理学・マインドフルネスの知見を特定のトピックや課題に沿って体験する場です。リトリートは、自然の中など非日常の環境に身を置き、普段気づかない自分の感覚と深く向き合う時間です。はじめての方も、すでに瞑想を続けている方も、そのときの自分に必要な体験を選べます。

03 DESIGN

課題を早期に解決し、楽に前へ進む

悩む時間は短いほうがいい。プライベートセッションは、あなた一人に集中して向き合うことで、課題の解決を加速させます。瞑想のみ、コーチングのみ、または組み合わせて目的に合わせて選べます。気づきのスピードが変わると、前に進む感覚も変わります。

In this workshop, we practice mindful eating meditation, facing the challenges of modern society's eating habits, enjoying meals using all five senses, and becoming aware of the connection between food and the mind and body.

This is the ultimate way to nourish your body and mind.
