The other day, the " OPTIMIST Spring 1-Day Gut Health Retreat," which I was involved in from planning to attracting attendees for the first time since I became a meditation teacher, was a huge success, thanks to everyone's support.
This event was held in a lovely house in Azabu. The stylish interior and decor made the space feel truly extraordinary. From the moment I stepped inside, I had a feeling that a special time was about to begin.
And the Mexican food with the theme of intestinal health was absolutely delicious! The taste is amazing. I was also able to taste various kinds of Scoby Tea, and they were all really delicious. I felt like my body was changing from the inside.
Thanks to everyone, the meditation class I taught was fully booked! I was nervous until the very end, but I was really happy. I was able to synchronize my breathing with the participants and share a time to calm my mind. I hope that this will be an opportunity for everyone to heal themselves and take a fresh look at themselves.
Even if you decide to become a "meditation teacher," it's not like you'll be surrounded by a lot of students the next day and be able to become a great teacher.
Is this the path I'm trying to walk? Is there even a path here? I'm confused, not knowing whether I'm walking forward or backward, just wandering around in meditation.
Even though I know that all I can do is to keep walking without stopping, it is very difficult to just keep believing and keep walking.
In the midst of all this, I was inspired by meeting fellow students who were also determined to achieve their goals. I was also able to hear directly from the participants and hear their words of gratitude and smiles.
There was a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout the event, and we received a lot of energy from the participants and organisers.
All of these things gave me a little push. I decided to become a meditation teacher and do my best.
I still have a lot to learn before I can call myself a "meditation teacher," but there's no point in just looking at my shortcomings. I intend to keep learning for the rest of my life!
Through this experience, I have become more clear that this is the path I should follow. I am very grateful.
I will continue to do my best to help you feel lighter in mind and body through meditation.
Finally, thank you very much to everyone who participated this time! And I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Konomi of SCOBY TEA for giving me this wonderful opportunity, as well as to the people and teachers who joined us.
Due to the overwhelming popularity, there will likely be an encore event in the summer. I'm looking forward to it.
