LVMH requested us to create an opportunity for each member to reflect on their own growth and create a positive vision for the coming year by encouraging creative thinking through a meditation focused on "Perception." As a company representing a luxury brand, creativity is essential to their daily work, so the purpose was to increase each member's sense of self-efficacy through a time of introspection.

Program Content

The entire session lasted 40 minutes, with a meditation experience in the first half and a reflection on the year in the second half.
Meditation Experience
We started with a meditation on the shift from "Doing to Being." Participants were asked to experience one minute of "doing nothing," and then practiced a 10-minute breathing meditation.
Mindfulness breathing meditation is a simple meditation technique that focuses on breathing and concentrates on "this moment". By observing your natural breathing and returning to your breath when you notice distracting thoughts, you can deepen your self-awareness, reduce stress, and improve your concentration. It also has the effect of making your cognitive perception more flexible and broadening, leading to freer thinking and increased creativity.
Retrospective Journaling
The reflective journaling that followed was a unique combination of meditation and group coaching. In this process, we used a variety of tools to deepen our introspection, including meditation to help us to hear our inner voice louder, interweaving coaching techniques to physically create "the eyes of others" to help us see ourselves objectively, and more.
By looking back over the year every quarter and noticing not only the "big achievements" but also the "small efforts that no one notices" and the efforts that even I don't notice, I can find gratitude for myself and increase my sense of self-efficacy. This not only deepens my understanding and acceptance of myself, but also gives me the opportunity to discover new goals and possibilities.

After the program

It was impressive to see the participants eagerly asking questions after the session. They were particularly interested in how to incorporate meditation into their daily lives and specific practice methods to sustain the effects. One participant also said, "By acknowledging small efforts, I feel like I can continue to work positively in the future," which gave us a strong sense of the participants' eagerness to apply this experience to their real lives.
We hope that this will not just be an opportunity to refresh your mind, but that the insights you gain from this experience will be useful in your daily lives.
From the summary of the survey, many people commented that the workshop was unique and interesting, with an average rating of 8 out of 10. Many people said they felt refreshed and that it was a valuable opportunity for self-reflection.
