Morning session

Become aware of yourself and deepen your introspection

Learn and practice the fundamentals of mindfulness

Mindfulness is a meditation method from Buddha that was developed into a program at an American medical school, and by removing any religious overtones, it has been designed to be accessible to anyone.

Practices such as meditation help to calm the mind and deepen introspection.

You will practice accepting yourself as you are right now.

There are many benefits, including improved concentration, greater self-confidence, better control over your emotions, and reduced stress.

Lunchtime

Eating Meditation

Farmer's Vegetarian Cuisine: Experience a meditation of eating, sharpening your five senses, and expressing gratitude for the ingredients. Enjoy nutritious vegetarian cuisine that will satisfy both body and mind.

Reflection workshop for the year: Reflect carefully on your experiences, feelings, and growth. Accept yourself as you are, from small successes to efforts that are often overlooked, and be filled with gratitude.

Clarify your vision for the best future next year and set goals to make it a reality. By picturing a positive image and creating a hopeful future, reality will start to move and you will get closer to your dreams.

Participants will share their reflections on the day and deepen their interactions with each other.
