We are what we eat. What we eat and how we eat are very important. Even if we understand this intellectually, there must be many people who feel that their ideal way of eating is far from it. In this workshop, through eating meditation, we will practice becoming aware of what is truly important to your mind and body. We hope that this will be an opportunity to know what is truly important to you, without being influenced by the overwhelming amount of information. And that will be the ultimate diet method. After the practice, we will also hold a roundtable discussion about food. We look forward to your participation.
